Cub Scouts
Since I turned eight I am now allowed to go to Cub Scouts. I am going tonight and we get to go to the UPS place. Last week we went to a bank and the week before that we went to the Fire Station. It is a lot of fun. My grandpa bought me a uniform and my mom sewed on the patches.

My New Glasses!
This is me with my new glasses. I went to the eye doctor and he said I should get glasses. I got them yesterday and I wear them all the time. Everyone says they look good. I like my glasses and they look good on me. And I really like them.

I had a pet.
After church my mom took me to this cool place and I found a horned toad. Mom let me take it home and everyone thought it was neat. Then we went to a BBQ for Sara's birthday at grandma's house and I let it go. It will be happier there. It was nice to have for a while!

A fun night!
We went to a spend the night party at Grandma Mangum's house. We told scary stories and we had glow sticks and we made a fire out of them. Grandpa Mangum stayed up too long and then we had some peaceful sleep. This is a picture my sneaky mom took. When she picked us up from Grandma's house she said we were tired so she made us take a nap. This is me five minutes later when she came to check up on me. When we got up, my dad took us on a hike. I got hot and thirsty.
